Morning stretch=bad for your health

Alternating ice AND heat? I always thought ice should be used for anti-inflammatory purposes.

They're still cold.
This is why yoga places have the heat at 85 all the time.

am i missing out on not stretching my neck?
i just strcth shoulders, quads, hamstrings, calfs, pretty much lower body...

he wasn't stretching before exercise..he was stretching when he woke up..like everyone does, but most of time it's done subconciously.
