PA does not have a reciprocity agreement with NJ, though, so don't try to use the PA liscense to carry in NJ.

To do the conversion right you need to machine the receiver and get one of the paddle release trigger groups. This is why SKS-M's like mine sell in the $350-450 range (I was lucky and got mine for $175.)
