Thats a good question...im not sure, i only go to the range and back. PA has some nice outdoor ranges, id like to go up there sometime with my own guns.

You're in luck, PA is a kind state. They do issue non-resident liscenses, and it issues them on a shall-issue basis. That means that if they can't give a good reason for you not to have one, they must give you a liscense.

PA does not have a reciprocity agreement with NJ, though, so don't try to use the PA liscense to carry in NJ.

Interesting. I didn't know there was such a thing. Is it possible to convert mine to accept AK mags?

Simple answer: no. There are manuals showing how to do it, but you shouldn't try. The SKS-M and SKS-D rifles where given new trigger housings with a paddle-type magazine release like AK's. A few US conversions and gunsmith specials retain the normal sliding latch mag release which causes problems and and be hard to work with.

To do the conversion right you need to machine the receiver and get one of the paddle release trigger groups. This is why SKS-M's like mine sell in the $350-450 range (I was lucky and got mine for $175.)
