So basically. Get my muscle mass to what i want it at instead of trying to burn the fat into muscle? Do cardio and go on a diet to take the fat away leaving me with my muscle. Then tone it leaving me ripped?
What exactly is toning? light weight with lots of reps?
Is there anything you can recomend that might help the process? Diet pills? Energy drinks etc?
Thanks a lot
Jon

yes, toning is lots of reps.
cardio will def help, id just suggest water and lots of it. after working out hella, eat lots of protein afterwards so that you are not as sore.
keep stretching as well.

protien drinks are a good start... anythign else is just garbage, and beware the creotene bandwagon, it's balonga... it just adds water weight that will drop off of you as soon as you stop taking it (tho it will come back as soon as you start takin it again) it is near useless and is a lil pathetic to see guys raving about it like it's some miracle drug or something
::edit::
not everything is garbage, just within reason (ie, sports drinks are ok after a workout, try to keep the stuff your body loses in you, and eat like 4-6 meals a day (very small- medium sized meals)

Yeah I wasent into creotene as I had heard some of the same stuf you said. What about this though:

Since i work out at 24hour fitness I was thinking it was somewhat legit. If I did I would make sure I would workout just as much so I wouldent relie on them.
Do you recomend anything for meals? Like small and easy to make thats not making me count the nutrition?
Jon
maketh sure you stretch after the cardio.
It's not a must but it really can help prevent injuries or problems down the road.
Stretches held for at least 10 seconds will last approximately 48 hours
