Had better experience with their servers than desktops; client had problems with Dell system running a Celeron/256MB/40GB. Piece of absolute shit hardware, slow as sludge but service from Dell was very good.

Jeez. You're really quick to pick up on that 
1) U don't need a fast grafix card for video editing or copying discs, even for a web server. You know like, for anybody else compemplating using such a card..
2) Messing around the back of Dell machines will void warranty
3) Dell service is good although their cheap systems are not always cheerful.

well aren't you an ever present and all wise advice giver. maybe I don't care abou the warranty. my cheap system has been working fine for the past 6months with no problem.
i would stop giving advice where it wasn't asked for in the first place.
