dude, worse comes to worse, i tell them to get a new bumper, paint it, and i go pick it up and put it on myself in the parking lot

take 20 mins.

oh, on a side note, will a 99-00 bumper fit a 96 juts fine? i like how they look a lil better, with more of a lip on the bottom, looks cleaner.

when you paint a panel you need to color match the adjacent panels...so it won't be just the bumper being repainted. take it from a guy who's been in 5 accidents (stupid people running into me 2x's while parked and 2x's while not looking)
