accident, what should I ask for?

yeah, i think i am. i cringe when i see people bump cars, and i get pissed. i should be as pissed about my own car. i wont charge them for a rental, i have 3 roommates who i can get rides from, it wont take long anyway.

You won't need a bumper if it's just scratched paint. Just the paint, clear, and labor. Shouldn't be too bad, but get a quote from a body shop.

Dont be too nice with this crap. I was being too nice once and got screwed out of the deal. If the paint is fixable, get a shop to give you a quote. If there are creases in the bumper beyond the paint, get a new bumper.
