i wonder who thought this was a good idea. let's merge 1 company that's bankrupt with no clue on who their customers are and another one on the verge of getting blown away, and everything will be good because we have market presence now.

1. the product selection is bad
2. if they do have something walmart does, it's always $3 more
if you're a discount retailer charging more, there's no way that equation = $$$. the kmart brand is tarnished and is beyond any repair.
