they're so screwed. the reason people don't shop at K-Mart is for 2 reasons ...

1. the product selection is bad
2. if they do have something walmart does, it's always $3 more

if you're a discount retailer charging more, there's no way that equation = $$$. the kmart brand is tarnished and is beyond any repair.
