ya, for grade schoo/HS, depends on school district. Ling knows much more than me, but it's what she tells me. can range from like 30ish to 40ish starting. she says long beach school district pays the most starting at 43k. and then if you get your masters, you get an extra 5k. ...somethin like that. but ya, community college/universities are gonna pay more fa sho

Average starting I think is about 40k. But hey.. right now.. where I am.. I'd be comfortable with 30k, and just work my way up. Plus a pension plan. I've just convinced myself more and more with this thread.
