look there is no way i will beleive that everyon here actually thinks that buying a house paying it in 9 years without investing ANY MONEY nor TIME is really that easy... and i am looking into it, if it is possible I will be buying alot od propreties down in Utica...

Damn man thats cheap. Im having a hard time right now finding an apt to rent out for like 550-less here. Im trying to stay out of the philadelphia area due to the increase in utilities and all that. Im trying to actually stay in the delaware county. But everyone wants this top notch credit and i know mine is faaaar from top notch
