look there is no way i will beleive that everyon here actually thinks that buying a house paying it in 9 years without investing ANY MONEY nor TIME is really that easy... and i am looking into it, if it is possible I will be buying alot od propreties down in Utica...
P.S in one of the exemple someone said that they had to renovate the interior...
