it's better to know exactly what your problem is, that way you can deal with it on a day to day basis. You'll be able to live with it easier if you know what it is, what brings it on and ways to keep it "controlled"
And isn't there a therapist on campus there?
EDIT* and i havent killed myself, become a zombie on meds or spent mucho dinero. My old insurance covered it. My new ins only covered a certain number of sessions. I'm living with it day to day..but at least i know what my problem is and can avoid certain things that will trigger me to sink.

my point exactly. and you dont necessarily need medication to do that..unless you have severe depression, are bi polar, etc.
