Vice Presidential Debates
ABC's poll:
Cheney: 43%
Edwards: 35%
Tie: 19%
margin error of 4.5%
BUT ABC said they polled 38% republicans, 31% democrats, 28% indepenent or swing voters. so.. thats why it conflicts with the others
CNN's poll is at
Edwards:70%
Cheney:30%
thats out ot 500,000 some voters.
sadly i missed most of the debate, i only saw the closing speeches. Edwards seemed fine, predictable. Cheney seemed calm and confident, i cant comment since i didnt watch almost all of it.

I think Cheney won hands down, but this is just a Vice Presidential debate and in the big picture it doesn't really matter. If Bush can handle himself like Cheney did last night, he'll give Kerry a run for his money. I don't know if that will happen but we'll know in 28 days what people think. hard to believe that the election is less than a month away.

They both dodged some questions and responses, but I think Edwards really didn't come out on top of this one.
Whats with the democrat-favored polls? I've read up on numerous message boards and talked to a lot of people about the debates and they do not reflect numbers like the online polls.. It pisses me off.
