There's a few zips in west lr. Mine is 72212. I think the others are 72210, 72211, 72227 and 72207. You want to avoid 72204, 72206, 72209. 72205 has good homes, but I don't think it's what you are looking for; those are Heights/Hillcrest. Oh, there's also some overlap with the 72207 into the heights.

Nice man. I found the address on that one if you want it. It's about 1 mile or so from my house. That neighborhood, however, is a touch nicer. I'm also surprised to see new construction in there; that's a well established neighborhood. Of course, I guess in a town like Little Rock, there's assorted lots in every neighborhood that never got built on.

Have you spent time in Arkansas? Have you spent an extended period of time in Arkansas or just a visit?
I personally couldn't live anywhere other than California after having lived here for so long -- there is just so much in the South/Midwest that drives me up a wall... starting with the rain.
Just curious where you're coming from though, or if this is out of the blue.

Not having much luck with the Agents in AR. It seems like a slower pace of living which we in CA aren't use to. Ask them a question and 5 days later you get your answer 
I asked one agent that listed 5 Red Cedar Cove if she could take pictures of the house and the surrounding neighborhood and her reply was... The house isn't finished yet

well, that depends on the agent. A lot of real estate agents around here are basically bored socialite women with nothing else to do. You want to make sure you don't have one of those representing you if you choose to have an agent represent you. My agent did an excellent job and actually knew what was going on and got back with me all the time. If you're interested in an agent I can give you her number and/or email.
