Plus is the question it say that the alien in question understand english, so in my opinion if they already understand english you don't even need to teach them right or left (they understand that all ready). But even so you could explain the planes in normal english the same way you learnt it in school.

h: but to say they understand "english" is to say that they understand the english language and system as a whole, broken down into its original source components. KNowing english doesnt mean you come with applied knowledge of left or right, much like i cant begin to understand E=Mc2
