looks like its on a decent sized lot. if its in a nice neighborhood...seems reasonable to me. that house would be over 700K here in the bay.

for that much here you could expect at the very least 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and an acre lot in a very nice neighborhood.

I don't know--I wouldn't call my city a shithole.

Of course, it's no NYC or LA.

But there are some nice suburbs to each of the cities listed. The amount of people that drive through Buffalo, never stop to take a look at things, and keep going, then state it's shitty, amazes me.
