looks like its on a decent sized lot. if its in a nice neighborhood...seems reasonable to me. that house would be over 700K here in the bay.

Of course, it's no NYC or LA.
But there are some nice suburbs to each of the cities listed.
The amount of people that drive through Buffalo, never stop to take a look at things, and keep going, then state it's shitty, amazes me.
