This house is so run down and old yet look how much it is going for

This is the norm as the average house price in my County is $660,000.

Property taxes are very high here as well and this is on top of high income taxes as well as high taxes on goods and services.

damm!!!!! that's just messed up. you need to move out of New York. at least in Mass you can get something pretty decent for that much. go down south and you can live like a king for that much money.

$429,000 but $660,000 is the median price for houses in my area
