If you keep bothering them about it, that can do a lot of help. They try to dodge you when they know it's their fault, and eventually they'll cave in. But let us know what happens.

use fedex. its cheaper and they take care of you. i had some martini glasses broken and they cut a check now questions asked.

im using fedex for any other big stuff i ever have.... light unbreakables i know the sallies over at UPS can handle...

should be hearing from UPS any day now.... if not ill call them and raise hell

i work at the ups store and we get a decent amount of packages back, that are damaged. some with tire tracks over them, because the trucks back over them at the loading station and shit..

just last week, somehow a laptop got lost, was never even scanned into the system.. worth over 2000, people are pissssed

UPSmakes so much fcuk*ing $$$, that they could give 2 shits about a few lost/broken packages. i have 3 friends who work for ups, and all of them say that its quantity over quality. they would shove/throw/drop/anything just to get it on a truck. management didnt discipline for that kind of stuff either.
