Well... just a quick update here...

Turns out my disc is slightly warped and it causes friction on the pad. I would be curious to know how it warped though, because all I did was to have my car sit there for a few weeks.

I machined it a bit myself mostly to remove the build up that was on the disc in the area where the friction was occuring and the friction is pretty much gone at this point.

I read something about brakes drying with dirt on them and needing to get them wet and clean again so they work properly... anyone know anything about that?
