if im not mistaken, comptech and DC bolt-ons are easy to find for the CL. however, some aftermarket parts are much more expensive (buying two headers instead of one, two mufflers, etc).

i havent driven a CL-S since 2002, but i remember the steering being light and over-assisted (fits in line with the character of the car). power is surprising, and the ride is smooth. quiet interior also. its achilles heel is its FWD drivetrain though...

My response to the seats pic, "YES!"

So, the mileage shouldn't be an issue besides replacing the timing belt? I talked to my mom about it, and the mileage is the only thing she's concerned about. We're used to fords and other used domestics which tend to turn into serious crap around 100k. I've never owned a honda, and I'm not familiar with how the mileage affects thier engines. I'd probably put from 10k miles on it in a year, so should there be any concerns in the future? Where/when do problems likely start to form?

If you take care of the engine you should make it to AT LEAST 200k no sweat.

You should replace the timing belt around 90k miles so make sure its done and if not get it done. 114k on an Acura is nothing, and like everyone else said the CL would be more unique.

If you are only putting 10K a year, the car should last you a Looooong time, providing regular maintenance.

If you want something more sporty go for the Integra. If you want something more luxury based get the CL. Both are great cars. I'd go with the GSR if you are looking for a fun car that gets amazing gas mileage. The CL's gas mileage is quite disapointing to me.

Also the automatic tranny in the CL is weak. Ask AcuraFanatic about how many come in the shop each week

Now, I know the 3.2CL is faster, and currently I don't know how to drive a stick (But oh, how I want to!). The 3.2CL seems more like a daily driver, not to mention all the crap it comes with.

WRONG...

the gsr is faster...my boy just won $200 racing one...both bone stock

get the GSR...i love that car
