If you can buy a real house then you are much better off. Don't have to pay the outrageous dues and put up with all the regulations and other B.S. about what you can and can't do.

I love town homes, they are so cute. I want one but am not in the position to purchase. The Homeowners Association dues suck but just about anywhere you buy these days will have them. I couldn't imagine the cost in these other locations, here in Tx the average for middle class are $125000-to-225,000 for two income familys. Anything lower is older fixer uppers. Anything higher is for the financially healthy. Get some photos of your new home to post for us!

Hey I saw some of the model homes that Pulte constructed in Antehm, Arizona. They were very nice and inexpensive

I've got a townhouse down in Corvallis where I go to school. I love it. It's like having a house without as much hastle. We don't have to worry about the gardening, but we've got our own garage and front patio area. Even though I share it with two roommates, it feels much more like a home than an apartment does. I've got the master bedroom and my own garage spot :rick:
