My HOA covers everything outside (lawn, outside structure, paint, roofing), water and insurance. My supplemental insurance for everything inside is like $50 a month, which isn't bad once you add up all the things you have in your house.

If you can buy a real house then you are much better off. Don't have to pay the outrageous dues and put up with all the regulations and other B.S. about what you can and can't do.
