In my quest to get strong...
I have become fat again.

I stepped on the scale at 200.00 this morning.
I've been lifting pretty hard and working out hard - I am strong(*) and I am in good cardio shape (*) but I have a nice gut, and about 20 lbs of fat I don't need.
So, as I drink my protein, and drink my creatine... i ponder fatness. I'm off to go lift now.
* = relatively, we're not talking the gov of California strong, nor lance armstrong cardio.

i used to weigh 240, got down to 180
i was around 185-190 for a while.
then i got up to 195 while lifting, that was fine. but now i'm 200 - too much of the gains are fat. I need to cut some.
i'd like to get down to 185 again while having 8% body fat, i'ml ike 13% now

I'm back from the gym...
did some good chest, and some good biceps, and absolutely CRUSHED legs and lower body.
My roomate showed up to do legs with me... we were on a squat machine, eventually maxed out @ 400 lbs, 12 reps.
I wanted to puke... really really bad.
then we kept doing more leg stuff. I'm tired, and I will be sore shortly.
