i used to weigh 240, got down to 180

i was around 185-190 for a while.

then i got up to 195 while lifting, that was fine. but now i'm 200 - too much of the gains are fat. I need to cut some.

i'd like to get down to 185 again while having 8% body fat, i'ml ike 13% now
