I'm back from the gym...

did some good chest, and some good biceps, and absolutely CRUSHED legs and lower body.

My roomate showed up to do legs with me... we were on a squat machine, eventually maxed out @ 400 lbs, 12 reps.

I wanted to puke... really really bad.

then we kept doing more leg stuff. I'm tired, and I will be sore shortly.
