Is it unhealthy...
I don't see how you can accuratly measure down to the pound what you weigh on a daily basis. I mean... what if you ate a big meal and it's still in ya... that'll make it look like you gained a pound... but you didn't.
Ya go take a healthy #2 and ya loose 2 pounds... or however much. Point is I don't think that it's too accurate to measure down to the pound.
Like right now... I'm going to loose weight... brb

Remember that drug ya take to clear your sinus' pseudaphed ? Its lab manufactured Ephedra - and perfectly legal.
You can still buy it, labeled as a decongestant.
You can also buy it on the grey market, like ebay and whatnot. Many people stocked up hardcored on ephedra, and diet pills with ephedra
