1lb = 3500 calories
so unless you're taking a dietpill with ephedra, and working out for 6 hours a day, and eating healthy on top of that... there's no way its fat your losing.
You may notice that you 'gain' it back in time.
you can safely lose 4-5 lbs a week, most will say 1-2 lbs is healthy and realistic though.

I do eat healthy
Haven't been to a gym in a year.
it may be water weight.. it just seems weird... It's always been fairly under control except around a certain time.... :ugh: And that's nowhere in sight.
