Creatine loading cycle started today
i found this http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/guideword.htm i think i am just gonna follow it since i am a beginer... anyone see anything wrong with or does it look good???
normally you only take one brand of creatine supplement. what I mean by celltech for bulking is that you will increase your bodyfat by using it, unless you exercise to keep it off. the reason for that is that there are soooo many calories from dextrose (simple carbohydrates) that a lot of it turns to fat instantly. the dextrose supposedly helps the creatine get into the cells of your muscles, but most experienced bodybuilders agree that that is waaay too much sugar. its 19 spoonfuls for christ sakes:eek3:... imagine putting that much sugar in a cup of coffee:eek3:
i would say that eas or ast are more reasonable forms of sugar-transport creatines. they are high quality creatine, have reasonable amount of simple carbs in them, they dont have superfluous additives in them, and they are priced better than celltech.
v12 or other arganine-transport creatines will help you gain muscle, but wont make you produce fat. They use different forms of L-arganine, which is a type of amino acid (found in protein) to get the creatine into the cells of your muscle. these types of creatine are usually more expensive, but are probably worth it. if i could do it all over again, i'd get one of these types of creatines.
I haven't read the link you posted, but I'm pretty sure its credible. That site is a very good site. I'll check out that link later tho, I'm tiurrrrrrrrrrred.
