I was pumpin like never before:eek3:

I was getting an extra set out of all of my exercises, and all of the sexercises seemed easier. I do feel a major burn in my muscles tho :happysad:

this summer i am gonna start working out a lot and was thinking about taking creatine... is it any good??? I heard after you stop taking it it all wears off???? Anyone got any sites on a schedule or info on it??? Thanks alot

generally i recommend establishing a lifting routine first and learning how your body adapts before taking supplements.
