workout crew: deltoids!
Watching the bball game, I noticed that these guys have AMAZING delts. How the eff does one get that?

Also, the one where you stand up striaght with your arms at your side, holding the dumbells, and you raise your arms to form a "t" with your body. I forgot what thats called:dunno:

werd those all work wonders. Pulldowns are for the back though but they do affect the deltoids since they are being used in the exercise

I thought pulldowns were for the lats :dunno:
But I like doing pulldowns... One of my favorite exercises, next to pull-ups.

yeah pulldowns primarily target your lats, but trigger your deltoids as a secondary group (that's why i listed it last)
