umm... did you read the article?

It says 12 with no more than two years seperation. ie 12 year old could be with a 14 year old at the max. 18 is still the legal age.

The normal age there is 16. And that's why I said "not quite", because of the 2 year clause... but still... 12 years in any scenario? that's damn young
