the pan is a fine size. it's just one chicken breast. geez i don't want to know what meals to cook. i just want to know how to cook a chicken breast. plain a simple.

After marinating it, you could grill it (like in a foreman grill) or what you could do is put it in some foil, throw some veggies to go with it, wrap it up and throw it in the oven and broil it.

How to cook a chicken breast:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
2. Cover a baking pan, cookie sheet, whatever, with foil
3. Put a skillet/frying pan on the stove just above medium heat
4. Put your choice of oil in the pan (I like olive oil)
5. Cook the chicken breast about 3 mins on each side
6. Put it on the baking pan, stick it in the oven for 30 mins

Keep in mind this makes no mention of seasoning, etc. Just the basic process.

LOL. I was gonna suggest oven and mr.f beat me to it. :thumbup:
