First week..
I lost 5.5lbs. :goodjob:
I got pretty fat for a while and decided its time for a change. I'm 6'4 and was 240lbs. I've been monitoring my weight daily and have gotten down to 234.5 in just a week. Basically I stopped drinking soda and eating out. I've been drinking water, and running 2miles 3 days a week.
I'm pretty proud of myself so hopefully I can keep this up and get down to around 210-215.

im 6'1" and i was 230lbs at the end of the school year last year
within 1 week was down at 204. i also went from eating McDonalds and fast food and school food to eating deli food that my GF was making me. My exersize came from Boinking alot of it heheh
