I lost 5.5lbs. :goodjob:
I got pretty fat for a while and decided its time for a change. I'm 6'4 and was 240lbs. I've been monitoring my weight daily and have gotten down to 234.5 in just a week. Basically I stopped drinking soda and eating out. I've been drinking water, and running 2miles 3 days a week.
I'm pretty proud of myself so hopefully I can keep this up and get down to around 210-215.
