I haven't been following your work as closely as I should have but do you have any shots of people you'd be willing to share? I've seen your B&W shots, and they're cool, but I keep getting the impression that you'd be more comfortable taking artistic, closeup, black and white shots of a model's pores than an overall picture where the focus is on making her look "hot" next to a car. :happysad:

I really don't have much portrait type work right now and this is why I am thinking of hiring a "model" for a day to get some.

Here is a couple shots of my daughters but the scans don't do the prints justice.




You are correct I would prefer more detail and grain texture shots.

 

maybe this will be a way for you to be able to stay near your kids. :goodjob: hope it works out.

I just got a message from a friend of mine who owns a site and the magazine he has been putting together may be interested in hiring me to shoot for it.

Umm....this just got real weird real fast and I am a bit in shock and taken aback. I guess one of the people in on the deal works at Thrasher and somehow has seen my images....not real sure how but ok works for me
