Default HELP...am I paying too much for clutch fix?!

I'm getting my original Honda OEM Clutch replaced and the flywheel resurfaced. I can imagine that this is a lot of labor, but how much should it be? The mechanic and I trust this guy's knowledge and expertise...says that it'll be about $250 to take out the tranny and put in the new clutch and another $25 to resurface the flywheel. Does $275 for such an operation sound legit?

I'm in the Los Angeles San Gabriel area, so if you any of you guy can recommend a good mechanic who's cheaper, PLEASE let me know. Thanks!

That sounds really cheap! My dealer want $800 for new clutch and pressure plate installed!

Even the cheapest clutch/pressure plate ass'ys on the planet are 300.00 WITHOUT labor, so either you have a very generous mechanic, or he knows not what he does.

275.00 for labor is still an Awesome deal I'd jump at that, if he was reputable.
