Well I think it finally happened.....

I have been taking pictures of everything under the sun to try and build a small portfolio and it is starting to come together at last.

I had a convo with a guy I know who is interested in me shotting some import model shots for him, and I also have some bites on a couple pics I posted up in my B&W pic post earlier. Not sure if the two pics I was messaged about are really going to sell or not but there is interest.

I am kind of excited about it right now because I truly enjoy shooting and I am wanting to make it into a paying gig...this may be the first step down a long hallway

Actually I probably won't like it all that much since I really don't like color shots...but if it pays then I will do what I gotta do =-/

I am actually getting ready to hire a model for a day shoot...I am thinking about hiring one of the many road side sign holders for my study. I figure 20 bucks and lunch should get me a couple rolls of film worth of shots.

Ummm....ok let me set this straight.

I am not looking to do porn shoots and scantily clad women really don't make interesting subjects. I am only doing the import ho shots because it may be a paying gig. I really and truly could care less if the import ho got buck naked and sucked my dick while I film....I am just not into that kind of imagery at all.

My preference is more art based images, shooting events is nothing more than a way to get the name out there right now. Eventually I am looking to get out of that type of shooting all together and sell prints as a mainstay.
