well, the only reason I bought the brand I did (GNC pro performance) was because it had the same nutrition info as the others and it came in a smaller package since I just wanted to test it out and not buy a giant tub of it.

I may try mixing it into a milk and fruit smoothy. Hopefully that'll be better :dunno:

a small tub of gnc's crap costs about the same as a regular sized tub of eas myoplex, nitrotech, etc etc (the good stuff).

www.dpsnutrition.com has outstanding prices

I agree. I have no problems with Optimum Nutrition's whey. I drink mine with water for quicker absorption postworkout and yeah, it reminds me of those Yoohoo drinks. Lately I've been mixing in Gatorade powder for the supposed insulin response and I have to admit, I actually look forward to drinking it like that. Otherwise, I'll drink it plain and eat some plain oatmeal with it.

If you have a hard time finishing off your GNC stuff, just remember it could always be worse. It surely beats starving or eating cockroaches or something right? Plus, you're doing it for nutrition and as a means toward acheiving an end.

well I just blended it with some ice, milk, and sliced bananas and it was MUCH better. Had a slight taste of medicinyness, but overall it was definently drinkable.

I was getting some good size, when I got sick, then I had my eye surgery

I've gotten fat and unmuscular in 2 1/2 weeks time.

I not allowed to lift anything more than 30 lbs or strain myself, or risk getting sweat in my eyes

stopped with my creatine and protein during this time as it would just go to waste anyway.

I've lost lean mass and gained fat - i eat like i'm still working out 10-15 hours a week
