i havn't read anything else on here however i only started to use that stuff when i platue'd i was told by a trainer that using it before hand doesnt' really do you much good. its after you hit that wall that creatine will push you over it and get you to that next level.

Creatine really should be used while you are into your program. What happens is you reach a plateau and you find it difficult to improve, creatine gives you that extra energy to get that last rep in, it's definitly not a mass builder, that mass you see is water retention that you body utilizes to process creatine, once you're off creatine ya you loose that mass, but its simply water weight, you don't loose your strength, supposedly and that's what I have found. I am in a cutting phase right now in my work out, so no building, diet and major cardio are my goals now.
