I have some sort of crick in my shoulder. Like when I try to rotate it (as if doing shrugs) I can feel it pop a bit. hnoes:

I strained a tendon or something in the joint of my left elbow, and it hurt for like 2 weeks. I let it rest, now whenever I do any excersize it gets annoyed and starts hurting.

I just work through it.

It never gets nearly as bad as it was the first time, and it never gets worse than a specific "uncomfortable" feeling, so no big deal I figure.

Probably some stuck scar tissue or something.

I always stretch before working out.
It hurt on the way to the movies today, but I'll rest for a couple days.
The weather sucked today.

It happens. This is very common. As you get in workout hardcore this things get worse. I have a lundry list of problems. I wake up with charlie horses. I have messed up siatic nerve (sp), broekn and not properly healed right collarbone. I have click in most of my joints. dude jsut work through it. If it hurts dont do exercises that mainly involve that joint. It'll be gone in a week.
