Default workout squad: workout questions

me and my gf joined a gime last week
1 i started lifting and cardio again, and im getting the stretch marks. am i doing too much weight or sets? i never had this problem when i was lifting regularly but ive been lifting on and off for the past few years and this happens usually. i know im doing too much but i tried to take it easy this time. 3 sets. no maxing out

2 is it ok to eat maybe 3 hrs before bed. id like to know if it will go to waste or fat

I heard something about not eating after 6 because your body stops to digest or something like that. :dunno:

If you want to lose weight. Dont' eat pasta, rice, bread or any carbs. Protein only.


I've seen you and your gf at 24 hours a few months ago.

If I'm eating something late at night I keep it simple such as pudding, banana, or I drink soy milk.

Yet veggies, fruit, meat, and protein products. And since your body is lacking carbs, it'll go after your fat, which is good.
