workout squad: workout questions
me and my gf joined a gime last week
1 i started lifting and cardio again, and im getting the stretch marks. am i doing too much weight or sets? i never had this problem when i was lifting regularly but ive been lifting on and off for the past few years and this happens usually. i know im doing too much but i tried to take it easy this time. 3 sets. no maxing out
2 is it ok to eat maybe 3 hrs before bed. id like to know if it will go to waste or fat
