what firearms do you own?
My normal, everyday gun is a SiG P220 .45. It's one of the originals, w/out the rebounding hammer. I know it's kind of old school, but I can still out shoot most of the Virginia State Police with it.
It's much easier to shoot than their .357 SiG's, and carries rounds that pack every bit as good a whallop as theirs.
I have other guns, too. I guess the second favourite is a Smith & Wesson 642. Lightweight .38, hammerless. Excellent carry gun, but accurate only at close range. If you carry it with Treasury load, it's an effective deterrent, if a little violent to shoot. LOL...

The best handgun I've shot so far is my friend's .45 Kimber...I don't recall the model, but it was smoother than my roommate's Ruger 9mm and Glock 9mm.
