I don't think mold can grow in those conditions.

Same reason some people feel the need to put ketchup in the fridge. :dunno:

Some people like cold ketchup... ew... but whatever.

Some people will argue with you and stand their ground untill you take them to the store and prove to them that nowhere on the bottle does it say "refridgerate after opening"... they just assume.
