well, back story first: a hardware engineer left about 2 months ago. they're still looking for someone to replace him, but in the mean time all his work stuff was still at his desk (it's the desk i had wanted to take over). well he had 2 computers that no one had been using since he left. my supervisor took over his old desk and moved the 2 computers out to make room for his computer.

front story : i snagged one of the computers (since my sup. is on vacation) and hooked it up at my desk with a kvm (also snagged from his desk). so now i have a second computer i can do anything i want with (which also happens to have a 130GB hard drive. i'll probably eventually make that one my main comp.

 

what about the inside story? :eek3:
