Default Some dumbass is using pics of my car without permission!

It has come to my attention that someone stole pics of my car and is using it for an ebay auction.

wtf? Couldn't he have taken a picture of the actual item instead of stealing from me?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2468542637

Thanks to Tom (XonedReality) for notifying me about this.

Look at my TSX gallery in the links, those exact same pictures in that auction are there! Do I smell a scam here???

I would email the seller, especially because your license plate is not blurred out in one of the pics. However in situations like this it is best not to initiate contact in a hostile manner.

just ask the seller to remove or blur out the plate in one of the pics. your car is pretty anonymous so no harm there.

except for the license plate thing, which you didn't even seem to mention, whats the big deal? It's not like he's selling YOUR car on ebay. He just needed a clean pic of the tails and was probably too lazy and/or couldn't get pictures of the actual tails.
