What makes you think just because you took the pic and posted on the internet, means nobody else can use it? The internet is pretty much still entirely in a grey area for ANY type of laws. Maybe you should bring up a multimillion dollar lawsuit for your pain and suffering. The guy wasted time looking for pictures and found yours, big deal. Maybe he doesn't have a neat-o digicam to take pics. It's not like he ripped off your VIN and is trying to use that to sell an "imaginary" car.
