I just decided to learn to live with the rattles and noise in my car since I drive it like almost everyday. Also, its the first model year for the car so sometimes problems come with it and go as the model cycle progress. My TSX's build number is #352.

 

it's a beautiful car man. Learn to love it

 

I don't see what's keeping you from taking it to the dealer and having em try to exorsize the rattle(s). I mean hell, take the service writer on a ride with you and make it rattle since you obviously have a better idea of when exactly it does. You've got the CR-V to get around in until they can get rid of the problem. Unless of course you've already tried this.
