Mormons can swill Coca-Cola, eschew it and all other caffeinated beverages, or indulge in the occasional Coke and still be considered churchgoers in good standing."
So they changed the rules again?

Interesting.

whatever you bring, ill hit you back

my research is based off of searching on the internet, and finding what I needed to know. I didn't research specifically anti-mormon sites. I searched the background of mormonism, and its ideas, etc, and found a lot of what I posted. I disagree with a lot of the crap that mormonism stands for.

And frankly I don't want to see for myself the "real side of the church", because I can guarantee that you don't know HALF of what goes on in the church that you so whole heartedly believe in. You're seeing what you want to see, its rather obvious by now.

And stop with this "I'm better than you " bullshit. Your high and mighty act is too entirely old.

im simply refuting your attacks... and the proper practicing members of the church are very much aware of everything that goes on within the church...

i know exactly the site you got your info from, and the only search that would lead to that would contain the term "cult"...

this thread was not meant to go the direction it has, but since you persist to attack, ill persist in my defense.

i urge you with all my heart to find legitement[sp] information about the history and teachings of the church, what you'll discover is thruth behind the scripture, "By their fruits, ye shall know them"

and please, lets remain peaceful in our replies... and i apologize for any personal "name calling" replies from myself on page2...

well its obvious that we are getting no where, because neither of us are going to change our minds. And for the record, the sources I quoted are from a "cult" search site, but again, I have done extensive research on mormonism as a whole and have come across similar information.

How about we just agree to disagree...

I hope you don't mind my saying that a few of us watching this thread wondered why you hadn't already reached that conclusion.

well the few of you that wonder that obviously haven't been on HAN long enough to know that I will argue until my face turns blue :chuckles:

But at this point I've realized that there is no REAL answer (well, that we know of atleast) as far as religion goes so I'm just going to let him believe what he wants and hopefully vice-versa.
