get a lawyer

 

All these lawyer suggestions and so on are great. I have NO money. I am really ****ed this time, I've never cried and right now well lets just say its a first.

 

I hate other drivers. Yes, almost all of them = idiots.

 

uhh look in the phone book, call a lawyer, tell him your situation waht happen, ask if he can help you win, most times you dont pay if you dont win! calling a lawyer doesnt hurt.

Hate to say it but they can't really cite her for speeding if they weren't there. The witness doesn't really have anything to do with it. I know this because the same thing happened to me. I came to an intersection where I had a stop sign but the intersecting traffic did not. However there was another stop sign for that direction a block to my left. I came to a stop and started to turn, just as I did this old eastern european dude in a busted up early-'80s Crown Vic came barrelling out of the 7-11 parking lot just past the stop sign, ran the stop sign, then ran into me. But since there was no way for me to prove he ran the stop sign, they wouldn't hold the guy at fault. Lucky for me however, they didn't write me a ticket. The way tickets go after-the-fact is strictly by right-of-way at the intersection.

 

I remember T boning some guy that ran a red light. I had three witnesses so I was all good, but when the guy got out, he was pointing his finger at me yelling that I did it, but as soon as I got out, I yelled back something to the effect of "FAWK THAT! You ran the red light!" and then he was like "Ohh... h: "
