Woman tboned me, driver's side is destroyed. Her car has minor scuffs on the bumper. Got a citation for failure to yield, I have strong reason to believe the woman was going too fast. Have pictures, point of impact on the road and where she was initially would indicate she was going 2 times the limit. Got profiled, asian guy with a nice import. Cops said woman was dazed and might complain about whiplash. Gonna call insurance.

I hate my life... right now I really want to crawl up and die. :sad: My neck hurts, my ribs are sore and I really don't remember much after the impact. The cops didn't want to give me a warning, my clean record means nothing to them. Insurance is going up, pts on my license, I am broke and don't know where to pay for repairs from.

Again... why me?

Hope... word not found. Citation, insurance up, my baby is hurt bad. My driver's side door is caved in, glass is shattered.

 

Get better man. If you are still hurting, go to the ER and get checked out. Better safe than sorry.

that happen to my last civic, the sad part is they will prob total it. On mine the floor frame, A pillar, B pillar and the Roof were all damaged. I got t-bone by a Ford F 150 that was going to fast. Best of luck for u

 

sorry to hear bro. but if you're at fault, there's not much you can do unless you got witnesses that can testify she was travelling too fast and being negligent. i take it you don't have two-way coverage. everybody gets into accidents, so it's not just you. only thing to do now is be careful and don't let it happen again. hope you feel better.

 

I pulled up to a Stop sign. Came to a complete stop and then started to make the left turn. I saw the woman up the road and she was making a sharp 15 mph corner. At the distance she was I should have easily cleared, but she tboned me. I admit I have to blame for this, but she got away with nothing. There is no way in hell if she was doing 15 she could have hit me where and when she did. But they don't believe me, why should they she magically found a witness that wasn't there and the cops never let me say a word. I was being pestered to state I ran the sign and I said NO I didn't I came to a stop and then went when I thought there was enough room to go. The cops took no pictures, I am the only one with pictures. Her car has scuffs, my driver's side door is gone.

 

yea waht happen? if she hit you, you can fight it and have an investigation done by your insurance company and fight it all the way if you raelly think it was here fault and you did not yield.
